Greetings!
Thank you for your support. It has been a busy first term in the Minnesota House of Representatives and with your continued support I’d like to return to St. Paul as your state representative.
We have had some great accomplishments during my first two years, which has brought forth a number of reforms and helped Minnesota live within its means. I was proud to be the Chief Author of the following bills, which became law in Minnesota. These bills
• Will increase funding to K-12 public education by changing the management structure of school trust lands.
• Stopped state mandated requirement for tiered pricing of city water rates, which would have gouged high water users like schools, hospitals, and others.
• Provided 10 million dollars in bonding funds for the Local Road Improvement Program and another 30 million dollars for bridges.
I was also proud to support a budget plan that led the State from a $5.1 billion deficit to a $1.2 billion surplus. However, there is still more work to be done.
I would appreciate your vote and support on Tuesday, November 6, 2012. Please remember to vote TIM O’DRISCOLL.
Best Regards,
